T.I. returned to music this week with his 9th studio album Paperwork. Thirteen years after the release of his debut LP I’m Serious, Tip’s latest project is not predicted to move the same big number of units in its first week like earlier works such as King (522,000), T.I. vs. T.I.P. (468,000), and Paper Trail (357,000). [ALSO READ: T.I. Addresses How He Settled Iggy Azalea/Snoop Dogg Beef] According to Hits Daily Double, T.I.’s Paperwork is looking to sell around 65,000 – 70,000 units this week. At the moment, that would put him in a close race with Def Jam artist Logic for chart positioning. The Maryland native’s Under Pressure is also predicted to sell 65,000 – 70,000. Metal band Slipknot is leading the new release pack with predicted sales around 100,000 – 110,000 for .5: The Gray Chapter. Tip’s last LP Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head opened with 179,000 units sold and went on to sell over 500,000 copies. The Hustle Gang leader’s previous seven albums have all gone at least gold.

Young Money Sued Because Lil Wayne's a Bad Sport!!!

Lil Wayne had a front row seat watching Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao. He also watched the Ravens beat the 49ers in the 2013 Super Bowl. He even watched the finals of the NCAA Women's Tourney. And he stiffed the ticket brokers ... allegedly. Tickets of America and White Glove International claim Wayne got $119,400 worth of tickets and never paid a cent. According to the lawsuit, Wayne got tickets for the following events: -- Mayweather vs. Pacquiao $67,500 -- Super Bowl XLVII $14,000 -- MTV Video Music Awards $4,000 -- Heat vs. Hawks $11,000 -- Lakers vs. Rockets $11,100 -- Clippers vs. Rockets $11,300 And this is sad ... NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four -- a measly $500. The suit claims Wayne got the tickets between February 2013 and June 2015. Metro Boomin Admits Working With 21 Savage Can Be 'Draining' For This Reason by Will Schube Published on: Oct 19, 2024, 7:00 AM PDT 1 Metro Boomin has revealed that working with 21 Savage can be exhausting for one specific reason. In an interview with Timbaland for Rolling Stone that debuted on Friday (October 18), the super-producer spoke about one particular challenging part of his fruitful relationship with the Atlanta rapper. When Timbo asked Metro how often he asks artists to redo their vocals, the “Like That” producer explained: “As I get older, more and more. Me and [21] Savage get into that sometimes. It’s the same thing you said with you and Missy: He’s the pickiest artist I’ve ever worked with, with the beats. I’ll play this man 35 or 40 beats before he wants to get in the booth. And it can be draining: He’ll go, ‘Next one, next one, next one, next one.’ But in return, I’m like, ‘OK, you’ve gotta overly bring it on this one. I’m not taking any OK shit, n-gga.’” ...
