The man suspected of gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Midtown Manhattan hotel took a taxi to the Port Authority bus facility at 178th Street and boarded a bus out of New York City following the shooting, according to police. Los Angeles, CA - Lil Durk‘s legal woes have worsened as he is facing additional federal charges over an alleged murder plot that killed the cousin of his rap rival Quando Rondo. The Chicago rapper (real name Durk Banks) was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire in October for his alleged role in the shooting death of Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson back in August 2022. In a superseding indictment filed on Thursday (November 7), the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California charged Durk with two more crimes: one count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and one count of using, carrying and discharging firearms and a machine gun and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.
