Meek Mill Follows In Rick Ross' Footsteps With Unusual New Purchase

The Philadelphia rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday (September 17) to announce to his followers that he had recently entered the world of farming. “In other news…. I bought a farm the other day,” he wrote, following a series of tweets pushing back against those “hating” on him for being a self-made success story from the streets. Check out his post below. Rick Ross made his own unlikely venture into farming in 2022 when he bought a bull to live on his sprawling “Promise Land” estate in Fayeteville, Georgia, which already boasted several horses and a John Deere tractor. “Y’all know I just bought a bull last week. One of my homies called it a steer, and I just named my steer. I named it Thor, my first bull,” he said in a video of him with the farm animal. NYPD Turns Back On Mayor, Again

After thousands of NYPD cops turned their backs on Mayor Bill de Blasio during the funeral of fallen officer Rafael Ramos, many were criticized for the perceived disrespect of Ramos who was slain by a mentally challenged man on December 20. Yet during the recent funeral for Wenjian Liu, the second officer killed during the attack, many within the NYPD was seen doing it again, despite pleas from police commissioner William Bratton not to do so.
