There is now video proof of Diddy blasting Drake for stealing the “0 to 100” beat. Diddy accused Drake of jacking the track in front of a crowd at Story Nightclub last June.
TMZ obtained a recording that shows Diddy ranting about the rapper while Ma$e stands next to him. “Somebody get this s**t on tape,” he says. “I’ma play this next beat, I gave this s**t to this n**a, this n**a stole this s**t from me. But at the end of the day, this s**t is hard. Play that s**t!”
Then Diddy and Ma$e start dancing just as “0 to 100” drops.
It’s obvious that the rap mogul had a bone to pick with Drizzy, but Diddy’s account of what happened is different from what was originally reported. Producer Boi-1da was said to have given the track to both of them. However, in the video Diddy notes that he was the one who gave the music to Drake.
Diddy didn’t run into Drake for eight months prior to seeing him at LIV nightclub last weekend. Drake was reportedly punched and was said to have re-injured his shoulder in the scuffle. It’s rumored that he was taken to a hospital.
The 28-year-old Toronto native posted a message to Instagram yesterday (Dec. 9) seemingly addressing Diddy and the allegations: “They’re either talking s**t about you or stealing the s**t you’re talking…either way the name been poppin.”
