Drake Delivers Surprise Performance From In The Crowd At Latto's Toronto Show

ublished on: Nov 9, 2024, 4:02 AM PST 2 Drake delivered a surprise performance from his seat in the audience at Latto‘s show in his hometown of Toronto this week. On Thursday (November 7), Latto’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea Tour hit popular Tdot venue, History. At one point, the spotlight turned to a box on the balcony of the theater where Drizzy hit the mic to perform his collab with the Georgia rapper, “Housekeeping Knows.” The track was released in August as part of Drake’s multimedia dump dubbed ‘100 Gigs,’ which in addition to videos and even concepts for his private plane decor included three new songs – the aforementioned Latto collab, “It’s Up” with Young Thug and 21 Savage and a third called “Blue Green Red.” Check out the performance below. Days earlier, Latto’s tour hit Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Halloween in a show that began with Mariah The Scientist performing just hours after her boyfriend Young Thug was freed in a surprise plea deal in his long-running racketeering trial. But that wasn’t even the most shocking moment of the night. Latto brought out two major New York City favorites as surprise guests: A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Lil Kim. The latter, per Billboard, performed “Crush on You” and proclaimed Latto “the fucking truth.” “Brooklyn, we got one right here! You the GOAT baby,” Kim proclaimed. Meanwhile, Drake is gearing up to release a joint album with his OVO Sound artist PARTYNEXTDOOR, but specifics about the project have been hard to come by since he made that announcement in August — until now. Last week, PND dropped some information about the highly-anticipated project during an Instagram Live session. “Guys, I have one more show on this tour,” he said. “Then, the album is getting finished.” The final show on the singer’s Sorry I’m Outside Tour went down on Wednesday (November 6) in London, so the project will seemingly not be much longer. Drake first revealed the existence of the project during PND’s concert at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage in August. Young Money Sued Because Lil Wayne's a Bad Sport!!!

Lil Wayne had a front row seat watching Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao. He also watched the Ravens beat the 49ers in the 2013 Super Bowl. He even watched the finals of the NCAA Women's Tourney. And he stiffed the ticket brokers ... allegedly. Tickets of America and White Glove International claim Wayne got $119,400 worth of tickets and never paid a cent. According to the lawsuit, Wayne got tickets for the following events: -- Mayweather vs. Pacquiao $67,500 -- Super Bowl XLVII $14,000 -- MTV Video Music Awards $4,000 -- Heat vs. Hawks $11,000 -- Lakers vs. Rockets $11,100 -- Clippers vs. Rockets $11,300 And this is sad ... NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four -- a measly $500. The suit claims Wayne got the tickets between February 2013 and June 2015. The suit names Young Money and Wayne's manager, Cortez Bryant, but not the rapper himself. We reached out to Wayne. So far no word back. NYPD Turns Back On Mayor, Again

After thousands of NYPD cops turned their backs on Mayor Bill de Blasio during the funeral of fallen officer Rafael Ramos, many were criticized for the perceived disrespect of Ramos who was slain by a mentally challenged man on December 20. Yet during the recent funeral for Wenjian Liu, the second officer killed during the attack, many within the NYPD was seen doing it again, despite pleas from police commissioner William Bratton not to do so. Officers claim that the Mayor failed to come to their defense following a recent wave of anti-cop sentiments, resulting in a bitter rift between the two. With his back to the mayor, one officer said: “I can’t stand even looking at him. He has no friends here.”
