According to WAFB rapper Lil Boosie is finally free from a Louisiana State Prison!
Says Angola State Penitentiary Warden Burl Cain,
” Torrence Hatch, (Boosie) was released at 7:10 p.m. He was transferred to a sheriff’s department facility in St. Francisville where family members were waiting for him.”
Boosie went to jail on drug charges back in 09 and was not expected to be released until May of this year.
In 2012, Lil Boosie stood accused of hiring a hit man to kill a local rapper and after Prosecutors paraded close to 30 witnesses on the stand the jury found that Boosie was not guilty.
Lil Boosie is scheduled to attend a news conference in New Orleans Monday, organized by Atlantic Records.
