We're told Justin's Ferrari had arrived on a flatbed truck at around 8:00 AM and Justin decided to take it for a ride in the gated community. A number of neighbors say Justin was driving insanely fast -- the complaining neighbor says 100 mph. The man -- a 47-year-old successful businessman and father of 3 -- went onto Justin's Calabasas property and screamed, "You can't drive like this!" The man told deputies, Justin responded by saying , "Get the f**k out of here," and then he spit in the guy's face and said, "I'm gonna f**king kill you." The man filed a battery report and we're

ATL rapper Custody Mane has been picked up by authorities following an arrest warrant issued for assault this past weekend. Reports Vlad via HipHopDX: According to the Associated Press, Fulton County Jail records indicate that Gucci was in custody as of this morning, March 27. Following the issue of the arrest warrant, a Philadelphia man came forward also accusing Gucci of assault. He claims that after approaching the rapper at a concert, Gucci Mane punched him in the face. At this point it’s unclear whether Gucci Mane turned himself in or was apprehended. Neither Warner Bros. Records nor Gucci’s camp have issued a statement as of yet. You can check out his newest mugshot in the pics above. Gucci is expected to appear in court at 11:00 am EST today.

Photos surfaced today showing Game and Khloe — who’s married to Lamar Odom — hugging it out in L.A.’s Runyon Canyon Park last month … where Game’s been doing a “60 Days of Fitness” program. You’ll recall, Khloe’s brother Rob Kardashian is also doing the program … and Game tells us, Khloe is too, which is why they were hanging out. The Game says, “The pictures that they see of us out together are because she is a part of my 60DaysofFitness team.” The Game adds, “Khloe is my friend. She is like a sister. We have never and will never be sleeping together. Lamar is my homie and her husband and I wish people wouldn’t spread such false rumors.”

The rapper has finally been moved out of the Intensive Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after doctors determined his condition has stabilized … TMZ has learned. Sources close to the rapper tell us … Wayne has been moved into a “regular room” at the hospital and no longer needs intense, round-the-clock treatment after a suspected codeine overdose last week. We broke the story … doctors pumped Wayne’s stomach at least 3 times after the rapper began experiencing severe and violent seizures. He had been in the ICU since Wednesday. Now, we’re told the 30-year-old has been walking around the hospital floor on his own — accompanied by a team of bodyguards. We’re told he’s also eating on his own … and could even be discharged from the hospital in the near future.
